Every Velorse order is dispatched from our atelier in Khar West, Mumbai. Delivery times depend on destination and chosen service. Live rates and final timing are confirmed at checkout.
Order Verification (Before Dispatch)
To protect both our clients and our atelier from fraud and Return-to-Origin losses, every order is verified before it ships:
- Automated IVR call to the phone number on the order, or
- A short WhatsApp confirmation from our team
Please confirm within 48 hours — unverified orders may be cancelled and refunded (prepaid) or simply cancelled (COD).
Domestic (India)
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Express service: 1–2 business days (where available)
International
- Asia & Middle East: 4–7 business days
- Europe & UK: 5–8 business days
- North America: 5–9 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Processing Time
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days after verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most domestic orders. A ₹50 extra charge is collected online at checkout — this is a non-refundable convenience fee for providing COD service. It is separate from the order value and is not adjusted against your order. The ₹50 is forfeited on refusal or customer-side RTO. See our Refund Policy.
Returns & Exchanges — Shipping
- Our fault (wrong item, defect, size mismatch vs chart): we arrange and pay for reverse pickup
- Customer's fault (change of mind, wrong size ordered, styling preference): customer arranges and pays for return shipping to our atelier; ₹100 replacement charge also applies
Duties & Taxes
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes on delivery. These are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
