How long does delivery take?

Metro cities in India: 2–4 business days. Rest of India: 4–7 business days. International: 4–14 business days depending on destination. See Shipping & Delivery for full details.

What is the ₹50 charge on COD orders?

COD orders carry a ₹50 extra charge collected online at checkout. This is a non-refundable convenience fee for providing COD service. It is separate from the order value and is not adjusted against your order. It is forfeited on refusal or customer-side RTO.

Why did you call / WhatsApp me before shipping my order?

Every order is verified via an IVR call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. This protects you and us from fraud and incorrect-address losses. Please confirm within 48 hours so we can ship without delay.

Can I talk to a real person?

Can I return or exchange an item?

We follow a replacement-first policy. If the issue is our fault (wrong size, defect, wrong product, transit damage), we replace it free within 48 hours and arrange reverse pickup at our cost. If it's not our fault (change of mind, styling preference), a ₹100 replacement charge applies and you pay for return shipping. Discounted / final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Are discounted items eligible for return?

No. Any product being sold on discounts, promotions or marked as final-sale is not eligible for return, exchange or refund. This is clearly indicated at checkout.

Do you offer made-to-measure or bridal?

Not at this time. Velorse currently focuses on ready-to-wear dresses, gowns, co-ord sets and evening pieces. We don't offer bridal, wedding dresses, made-to-measure or alterations.

How do I care for my Velorse piece?

Most embellished pieces require dry cleaning only. Specific care instructions are included on the garment label.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never store card details on our servers.
